Research & Analysis

We conducted qualitative research through around 130 user interviews and surveys, gathering over 60 key data points. This included trial users and digital subscribers, helping us capture a comprehensive view of different user groups. The research was carried out at multiple stages of the design process, enabling informed decision-making. From this, we developed 3 personas, uncovered 7 key insights, and identified 3 core themes to guide the design direction.

Understanding why are users dropping off?

To understand the user perspective and pain points we conducted a research with around 130 women in span of 6 months to understand the potential painpoints over phone call and video interviews
